There will be five information sharing forums, conducted by the Finance Committee, to better inform all congregation members of the ministry needs and opportunities God has opened up for St John.
The purpose of the forum is to inform and also to gather and then summarize suggestions and opinions expressed by the members. The dates and times of the forums are as follows:
- Thursday, March 8th, 7:00 – 8:15pm;
- Saturday, March 10th, 10:00 – 11:15am;
- Sunday, March 11th, right after the 11:00am service, 12:20 – 1:35pm;
- Tuesday, March 13th, 7:00 – 8:15pm; and
- Saturday, March 17th, right before the 5:30pm service, 4:00 – 5:15pm.
The forums will be in the fellowship hall. Light refreshments will be provided.
